If you purchase a necklace or ring, but you are not 100% satisfied with the item, we are happy to offer you a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving.
For health and hygiene reasons, BODY JEWELLERY and EARRINGS cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. We sincerely apologise for this but hope that you understand.
