When I order will be processed?

We generally process all orders within the day it was purchased. However, due to the courier’s hours of operation, orders submitted on Fridays (after 12pm) and weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

What shipping options do you offer in New Zealand?

All orders within New Zealand are shipped via tracked courier bags.
Standard Courier, Tracked : $4.80
Courier, Signature Required: $6.50
Courier for RURAL delivery (address with RD) : $8.00
Free Shipping : Order over $30

I have not received my orders,What should I do?

If you feel that your shipping is taking longer than it should, please contact us via email. Alternatively, you can track your order via the tracking code provided in the Glitters delivery confirmation email. In the rare occasion that the order is misplaced or lost by our couriers, we will replace the order and send you the new package ASAP.

Do you ship world wide?

Tracked shipping ($25 Flat rate) to Australia will be delivered between 1 to 3 business days following cleared funds. This applies to city areas of Australia, if you live in rural parts of Australia, it will take up to 7 working days.

The Rest of World

Free Tracked international Shipping (Orders over $180).
Tracked International Shipping
Tracked International shipping ($39 Flat rate) to other countries will be delivered between 5-10 working days.

Can items be delivered to a PO Box address?

Our Courier can deliver to a P.O.Box address (New Zealand Order only).

For all international orders, Please provide us with a physical address to send items to.

What payment methods are available on your website?

Credit Card, We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

Paypal, You should have a paypal account to use this payment.

Bank Wire. Our bank details will be emailed to you, after you finish placing your order.

Will my credit card be safe?

Glitters is using industry standard SSL encryption, and the credit card payment gateway is handled by Stripe. Stripe is the leading payment provider in worldwide.

If you choose the credit card payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

I have a PayPal account but I cannot complete the payment.

If for some reason you cannot complete your payment using PayPal, please contact us at sales@glitters.co.nz with your order details.
We will send you an e-mail with a PayPal Payment Request in order to complete your payment.

What if I change my mind on the purchase?

Change of mind? Not a worry, You can shop confidently with our 14 days returns policy. As long as the product is in as new and unworn condition, you can send the item back to us to receive your refund in store credits (unless stated otherwise and excluding sale items). Simply follow the following instructions:

Notify sales@glitters.co.nz of your intentions to return/exchange within 14 days.

Send items back to us via trackable methods to:

Glitters Manukau, k009, Westfield Manukau, Manukau, Auckland.

If you are returning goods, please note that risk in transit is your responsibility until we receive the goods and hence why we recommend a trackable method.

We will raise a credit, exchange or refund you once the item has been returned and accepted by Glitters. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and packaging attached. 

Due to health regulations we cannot accept any returns on earrings and body piercings.

What can I do if I have received a faulty/damaged product?

We very confident with my products, all products go through quality control processes at our warehouse before they are shipped. However, if you receive any faulty or damaged product by accident, please email us and send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us. 

How long will it take to make my Name Necklace?

Your name necklace, will be designed, cut, polished, the chain attached, and prepared for post, all within 5 business days!

What is the Ion Plating?

Ion Plating is also known as I.P, it is one of the most advanced surface finishing processes in the trade.

In traditional processes, the gold or black coating on the surface of the case can be rubbed off easily. Ion plating makes the gold or black plating more durable, more wear resistant, and also has a higher brightness.
