Ordering Process
We generally process all orders within 12 hours it was purchased, and orders will be dispatched the following working day.
Personalized jewellery will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Please note that Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
Shipping Times
New Zealand
All orders will be delivered by CourierPost.
If you are in a residential area please allow 1– 4 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 – 2 business days.
Orders can be delivered to a P.O.Box address.
Australia
Tracked shipping to city areas of Australia will be delivered between 3 to 5 business days following cleared funds, if you live in rural parts of Australia, it will take up to 7 working days.
The Rest of World
International tracking shipping can take 5-12 working days.

If you receive any faulty or wrong product, please email us when you receive the goods, we will arrange to have the wrong product sent back to us at our cost, and replace it or refund you your money back upon return.
We are happy to exchange the rings if the size 'doesn't fit', the first exchange is free of charge, please click the link, Our Ring Exchange Policy, for more details.
If you purchase a necklace or ring, but you are not 100% satisfied with the item, we are happy to offer you a refund within 14 days (excluding shipping charges) from the date of receiving. The item must be unworn or only tried.
For health and hygiene reasons, BODY JEWELLERY and EARRINGS cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. We sincerely apologise for this but hope that you understand.
Personalized Jewellery cannot be exchanged and refunded.
