We generally process all orders within the day it was purchased, and orders will be dispatched the following working day. (Personalized jewellery will be dispatched within 5 working days).

New Zealand

All orders within New Zealand are shipped by CourierPost.
Free Shipping: Order over $30
Standard Courier, Tracked: $5.00
Courier, Signature Required: $6.50
Courier for RURAL delivery (address with RD): $7.00
RURAL delivery (address with RD) - Signature Required: $8.50
Orders can be delivered to a P.O.Box address (New Zealand Order only).


Tracked Australian Shipping
Tracked shipping ($25NZD Flat rate) to Australia will be delivered between 3 to 5 business days following cleared funds. This applies to city areas of Australia, if you live in rural parts of Australia, it will take up to 7 working days.

Free Tracked Australian Shipping (Orders over $130NZD)
We offer Free Tracked shipping for orders over $130NZD for our Australian customers. Australian tracking shipping to rural areas can take 5 - 7 working days.

The Rest of World

Tracked International Shipping
Tracked International shipping ($39NZD Flat rate) to other countries will be delivered between 5-10 working days.

Free Tracked International Shipping (Orders over $180NZD).
We offer Free Tracked shipping for orders over $180NZD for our other countries customers.  International tracking shipping to rural areas can take 5-12 working days.

Glitters cannot be responsible for delays caused by customers clearance, local duties, and taxes. Glitters is not responsible for delays caused by the courier companies.

Glitters will not be liable for the subsequent costs incurred in the cases of incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from the delivery centre, causing the item to be sent back to our studio. An additional cost will be added to ship the goods to you again.
