If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly assist with a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. For free delivery orders, the postage will be subtracted from the payment when refund applied.

 

For Necklaces and Rings

Change of mind or you are dissatisfied with your order? Not a worry, you can return your order within 14 days, we will gladly do a refund for you. (excluding shipping charges). No questions asked! The item must be unworn or only tried. Contact must be made within 3 days after receiving the necklace or ring.

Glitters is happy to exchange the rings if the size 'doesn't fit', if we have the same ring in the requested size as per any size options on the listing, in stock, at the time we receive the return. The customer will be responsible for all courier charges. Contact must be made in 3 days after receiving the ring.

 

For Body Piercings & Earrings

Please check that the style/Colour is what you expected before you break the heat seal bag. Once the heat seal is broken, due to health and hygiene reasons, body jewellery and earrings cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. We sincerely apologise for this but hope that you understand.

 

For Personalized Jewellery

Personalized Jewellery cannot be exchanged and refunded, as the personalized jewellery is one-of-a-kind unless we made wrong items for your order.

 

Receiving a wrong item

If you receive a wrong item, then we are very sorry for the mistake. All items are checked but sometimes mistakes do occur. Please contact us when receiving the wrong item, and we will replace it or refund you your money back upon return. We do ask that you don't break the heat seal as we will need to arrange to have the wrong item sent back to us at our cost.

 

Please Note:

  • We will not accept any items that have been engraved, altered or damaged.
  • We can only accept items returned if they are within their original packaging and complete products.
  • There is no return or exchange for sale items.
  • Shipping and/or delivery charges will not be refunded, If the order is free delivery order, the postage will be subtracted.
  • We do not warranty for normal wear and tear, misuse of the product,and item damage caused by accident or abuse.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • We aren't responsible for any potential damage or loss on return shipping.
  • We will make every effort to repair or replace the item but since stocks are frequently limited, we reserve the right to issue a refund and will not be held liable if the item is no longer stocked by us. Choice of repair, replacement or refund is at the sole discretion of Glitters.
  • Refund will be processed by same payment method within 3 days of receiving return items.
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
